Let’s face it – who doesn’t want to make dogs happier?
This October 4 is World Animal Day – a global movement to recognise animals as sentient beings who deserve lives free from cruelty and suffering. True compassion, after all, transcends species- because we need to build a kinder world for ALL. For us at TheOneHourProject (TOHP), we want to turn the spotlight on one of our partners, HAImony Singapore, and their mission to create better bonds and a better world for an animal really, REALLY close to our hearts – dogs!
Hello to harmony with HAImony
HAImony Singapore wants us to be better friends to man’s best friend (cause dogs deserve it)! Their name is a wordplay on harmony, reflecting their commitment to nurture positive Human-Animal Interactions (HAI).
The groundup is a community initiative focused on positive-reinforcement dog training and nurturing human-animal interactions through different activities and initiatives. Better-trained humans make for better relationships and happier furbabies (and who doesn’t want to make these angels-on-four–paws happier?). If you’re a furparent (even a furr-riend), check out why better training (for both species!) makes you and the furbaby happier:
