Antoinette Patterson, the co-founder and CEO of The Safe Space Foundation (TSSF), is a passionate advocate for mental health. Her own experience with mental health challenges and burnout in the advertising industry inspired her to create TSSF, which aims to destigmatize mental health conversations and provide accessible support through counseling, coaching, and education. Antoinette's leadership at TSSF promotes inclusivity, empowers diverse perspectives, breaks traditional norms, and fosters compassion and empathy, making her a force for good in supporting youth, persons with disabilities, women, and marginalized communities. 🧠

Julia Ng, Befriending & Respite Manager at MINDS, thrives on her love for beneficiaries with intellectual disabilities, working tirelessly with her team to empower their lives and foster inclusion through MINDS' mission, fueled by attributes like adaptability, compassion, and a deep connection with clients and volunteers. She considers volunteers as the heartbeat of MINDS, vital in their mission of serving differently gifted clients. ♿️

MADELENE ORTEGA

Inspiring people to give back and make meaningful impact, no matter how little time they have.

Madelene Ortega, Executive Director of TheOneHourProject, is an advertising and digital leader in Asia who understands the struggle of balancing career, family, and personal goals. Despite a hectic schedule, her desire to give back led her to create TheOneHourProject in 2021, facilitating flexible volunteering opportunities. Inspired by her mother's resilience and fun-loving spirit, Madelene's initiative has engaged over 420 volunteers and 52 Digital Superheroes, contributing over 500 hours to 11 partner organizations. Her vision has sparked a movement, showing how even an hour of volunteering can make a meaningful impact and build a caring community. 💡
